The project system is the governmental housing project for low-income urban residents and popular project that Wuhan Development Center for Economical and Functional Houses developed. Our company was authorized as the developer. General Garden became one of the hottest buildings in Wuhan in the mid-1990s because the project obtained support from Wuhan government in policy and was exempted from all taxes and so the Garden was sold cheaply. In that case, General Garden Phase II won the title of Trans-century Star Building of Wuhan Real Estate. General Garden was sold out in 2001.
General Garden (total two phases): Phase I was commenced in 1996 and completed in 1998. The finished buildings began to be sold in 1997 and were sold out in late 2001. Phase II was commenced in 1999 and completed in March 2000. The finished buildings began to be sold in September 1999 and were sold out in late 2002.
Living Environment of the Quarter : school, kindergarten, wholesales market, gas, telecommunication, neighborhood committee, CATV, three networks (cable TV network, telecommunication network and mobile communication network) and other intelligent installations.
Peripheral Environment: Near by Changqing Garden in the west, lean against Hankou New Railway Station in the south, and there is an aquarium garden nearby. It is indeed a treasure place for health and long life because there has fine environment, fresh air, non-noise pollution or non-air pollution.
The Channel of Bus: the traffic extends
in all directions. The buses n ow travel along Xinhuaxia Road near
“General Garden” are 527, 598, 599, 69, 47, 519, 601, 604, 605, 705,
726, 803, 535, 547, 550, 561, 960, 9, etc. ( get on the above buses to
Xinhuaxia road and then trans-ride 527, 598, 41 to “ General Garden”.
There also have buses 527, 41 and 598 which can directly reach the
quarter.
